The property can sleep up to 24 people. There is a large picturesque garden with sunloungers and a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dinners in the summer with friends and family. There are many nearby attractions and scenery to explore in this beautiful part of the world.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

A rural location but a place surrounded in stunning forestry walks, perfect for the doggy! Or just a short drive away from popular coastal locations and shops.
