Treasure Link is a cooperative lender on the 3rd floor of the Longid Centrum, the maroon commercial building in the center of town. They handle Western Union transactions and the ATM is the most reliable in town, though it doesn't accept cards from all countries. If your card doesn't work here, your best bet is probably the PNB branch in Bontoc!
