Beautiful and peaceful walks just a stones throw from the lodge! Around a 5 minute drive! Well worth a visit to shake off the cobwebs or bring a picnic and relax by the lake and take on the stunning views.

Adventure activities and outdoor education courses take place within their woodland and on Gartan Lough. They use the nearby Derryveagh Mountains and the splendid Donegal coastline for sea kayaking, surfing and ‘Coastabout’ courses. Many of the sailing and windsurfing courses are also held at the coast.
