The place is a bit older, but great Jamaican food and it's right on the Columbia River in Camas.

Floating restaurant in Washougal on Columbia River. Simple pub type food. About 15 minutes drive.

Right on the Columbia River this floating pub is a great hang out after a walk on the William Clark trail, the waterfront trail or getting back from the Gorge. Sort of a Tiki bar feel. Go for the river and the marina scene food is what you'd expect from cafe/pub.
