Open to the public, the rec center is within walking distance and boasts a wide variety of activities and workout options for all ages and interests. Note: you will need to pay for daily or weekly passes to access the facility.

It has a huge indoor pool which is fun in Winter for the kids. It also has a gym and fitness classes. The free disc golf course starts here.

Farther away and a tad bit more expensive than the Truckee's Community Pool, it has a number of activities for the kids at a discounted fee and a shop if you need some additional gear.
