It is a nice hike, not too hard but prepare comfortable shoes.

Quiet a hike to get up there, best to bring some hiking shoes. Takes about 16 minutes to get to the summit.

The fortress on the top of Gellért Hill with a wonderful view over Budapest. UNESCO declared the Gellert Hill a World Heritage Site in 1987 along with the Buda Castle Hill and the panoramic views of the two banks of the Danube. Getting there: From Blaha Lujza Square, take bus 973 for 5 stops to Rudas Spa. From there 700 meters -13 minutes walk.
