Best sushi restaurant in town. Book a table in advance, at least one week before. Degustation menu for 35€. The decoration of the place is amazing.

Are you planning your trip some weeks ahead? This japanese restaurant is the best in town. It is not cheap (around 30€/each), and you have to book in advance. But is definitely worth trying.

Together with Komori, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Valencia. In contrast to Komori, this is more "purist", while Komori is "fusion". Great wine list and stylish decor (featured on several architectural design magazines). One of my preferred places to celebrate a special occasion, as I love Japanese.
