After dark, the views become even better, as China Beach's…

Great mojitos! Better view of the entire city. It's good to hang around here during the day for view of the bay. At night, you can come for dinner or cocktails on the rooftop bar and enjoy the ocean breeze, soft music, and a good view!

“"Rice paper with pork is one of the Da Nang's famed specialties. If you consider yourself a foodie, this dish must be on your list. What's in this dish? The ingredients are pretty simple: steamed pork shoulder and buttocks cut into thin slices and fresh vegetables. You might ask how this dish can be so good with these basic ingredients. Well, the secret is in the sauce! A roll of succulent pork strips matched with fresh vegetables and wrapped in rice paper is dipped in the sweet, salty, and spicy mam nem or fermented fish sauce--and that makes the great difference. You've got to try it! Insider's tip: There are some herbs with very strong flavor in this dish. I'd try a tiny bite of each and see if there is anything not to my liking. If the coast is clear, then you know what to do. "”
