Fabulous old fashioned local bakery.Lovely staff. They can prepare sandwiches, pies, cakes and biscuits, and everytjing you will need for a picnic.The Iced Lemon Buns are legendary!

A family favourite for our bread and muffins is Bothams of Whitby. A family run bakery a short 10 minute drive away. Provides the most amazing collection of bread, and ideal for breakfast and picnics on the beach. This is always tied in with a trip to Radfords Butchers on our way through to our holiday home as they are next door to one another.

You can access Botham's of Whitby (think Betty's but more affordable) either in the village on certain days for takeaways, or at the resturants/cafes in Whitby, one in Skinner street, and one in the shopping street across from the station.
