Multi use path for hikers, walkers, baby strollers, bikers, roller blades and more as long as it is non motorized. Best place for a socially distanced walk, it is tarred all the way between Hood River and Mosier, and the width of a road as it is the old Historic Columbia River Highway. 11 min drive to the West/Hood River trailhead, you need to purchase a day pass at the trailhead. Sometimes you can park just outside the trailhead. This is a 4.5 mile trail, one way from Hood River to Mosier, also called "Twin Tunnels" as you pass through two tunnels on the way. Various stunning view points along the way! This is a great trail for bikes, regular and E-bikes. Visit "The Mosier Company" restaurant in Mosier, 904 2nd Ave, with great food and a full bar, then bike back!
