Honestly, every section of the Tahoe Rim Trail is beautiful. If you can, I'd recommend picking one section of this very long trail, doing it as a one-day through-hike, and getting picked up on the other side.

The Tahoe Rim Trail is a 165-mile long-distance hiking trail that forms a loop around the Lake Tahoe Basin in the Sierra Nevada and Carson ranges. There are trail sections for hikers and bikers of all levels, and there are incredible views at almost every turn.
