If its ramen you are craving then you must eat at Chuko! Get the kale salad while you are at it. It's easily the best Kale salad you will ever eat in your life. The ramen will also be among the greatest you've ever had. I love this place!

Ok technically not in this neighborhood but it is the best ramen nearby. They also have other izakaya style dishes like okonomiyaki and karaage. Fun atmosphere too. Available for dine in and delivery through Caviar.

Technically this restaurant is in Prospect Heights and is truthfully a bit of walk from the apt. BUT the ramen here is the best in NYC. Trust me - I've tried it all (Jin, Ipuddo, Ivan, Toto... & many, many more). These guys are Momofuku alums and they know what they're doing. You'll be tempted to try the Limited Edition Pork Bone, but don't be fooled - the Kimchi Ramen and the Veggie Miso are better. The pork buns are also good.
