This gem of a restaurant takes you on a culinary journey around the world, presenting traditional international recipes and the latest food trends. The team at Holly’s banks on high-quality and mostly regional foods, free from preservatives and additives, and takes extra care creating a well-balanced menu catering to all diets – vegetarians and vegans included. The result is delicious, starting with buttermilk pancakes, smoked salmon and muesli for breakfast, followed by salads, soups and jacket potatoes for lunch, and finally sumptuous dinner options, including burgers, curries and Flammkuchen.

Burger die gut schmecken und satt machen und sündhafte Desserts. Und das in einer coolen Location am Seerhein. Das Hollys ist kein Sternerestaurant, aber wer Lust auf einen saftigen, guten Burger hat, ist hier richtig (sie haben auch andere Gerichte, die haben wir aber dummerweise noch nie probiert… ;)). Es ist ein typisch hippes “Szene Restaurant”, aber eben echt lecker. Man muss nur leider manchmal ein bisschen auf den Service warten. Die Küche schliesst zwischen 20:30Uhr und 21:00Uhr.
