Grocery store with lots of good simple lunch options, perfect for a picnic or quick bite - subs, salads, fried chicken, fresh fruit. 5-10 minute drive for any essentials you might need for your trip.

I will also sometimes drive over to Daniel Island for groceries as well. it is always busy!

If you can't find a specialty/organic item at Bi-Lo/Food Lion/Wal-Mart, this Publix would be the next closest place to try. Note that it has a smaller footprint than regular, so not a HUGE inventory.
