It's a destination, the ur-spa town experience, with art-deco decor and waitresses in black and white uniforms so that it could be the setting for an Agatha Christie murder mystery or a Jeeves and Wooster escapade.

Our nearest Betty's is in Ilkley, but you might want to visit the branch in Harlow Carr (see below), Harrogate or York. All are equally delightful but be prepared to queue if you haven't booked your table.

Very traditional tea room / coffee house and restaurant. The BEST hot chocolate and cakes too!
