Yummy affordable tacos amongst other food stalls (not quite restaurants, not quite food carts). Their salsas are particularly good, and they have giant beers.

Danny says these tacos are the most authentic in Portland. Good drinks. Turns into a crowded sports bar of sorts during games, especially soccer.
