It's one of the best places in Riverside to just be at peace with yourself. It's dog friendly, the ducks are entertaining to feed, the lake is stalked with seasonal fish to catch, and the grass is always nice and green for a picknick in the shade.

Fairmount Park was designed by the same architect as New York's Central Park. You can enter the park at the end of our street. There you will find a lake, rose garden, trailhead's and golf course. Paddle boats can be rented from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Fairmount Park is filled with recreational opportunities for visitors of all ages. The park contains a playground, picnic facilities, two tennis courts, a lawn bowling green, and a golf course. Three tranquil bodies of water in the park, Lake Evans, Brown Lake and Fairmount Lake, are perfect for fishing, paddle boating, and other water sports. There is a historic boathouse near Lake Evans that is available for special events. Fairmount Park's recently renovated nine-hole golf course features two practice greens and a fully loaded snack bar. The golf course is open 365 days a year.
