Greenhill gardens less than a 10 minute stroll from the cottage, with a lovely outdoor cafe.

For a quiete, pebbly beach this is a great choice to avoid the crowds of Weymouth . Free and paid parking are available close by.

I personally never go to the ‘main’ beach - that beach is good for small toddlers but can be really busy in the summer. For bigger children and adults Greenhill beach is much nicer - anywhere from Greenhill Gardens to The Oasis Cafe.
