In the warmer months it is a beautiful place to swim and snorkel. They also have the kayaks and canoes you can rent at the park. In the colder months you can see manatees and walk the beautiful boardwalks! Some days there are HUNDREDS of manatees. A must see if you are visiting!

This home is located near to the Blue Spring Recreation, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Eco-tourism is a burgeoning business in Marianna and Jackson County, thanks to its abundant natural beauty, miles of spring-fed rivers, lakes and ponds, and paddling trails that draw kayak, canoe and paddle board enthusiasts to explore the Chipola River.
