A local favorite fro great steaks and meat. Echo also creates their own world famous salmon dip. You won't go wrong trying their other game meats as well and don't forget to pick up some local Alaskan corn chips for the salmon dip.

The spicy cheese dip is the best you will ever find, ever. Our family will go here anytime we are in town. A great snack for your drive back to Anchorage.
