The former seat of the rulers, today the symbol of Bratislava and the seat of the Museum of History. There are wonderful view of the city and the neighbouring countries fron its 47-metre-high crown tower in which royal coronation jewels used to be deposited

Our castle, just a short walk up the hill and besides the best views of the whole city, this is a must-see place, one of the most important historical and political sights.

The most famous point of Bratislava is definitely Bratislava catle. "The Uppside-down table" is standing over Dunaj and is seen from far away. You can enjoy the views, stroll through the Baroque gardens, sip a coffee in one of Bratislava´s most scenic cafés or visit the Museum of History in the castle. Open: 8:00am - 12am (castle area)
