5 minutes’ drive to the National Trust car park in Ringmore, then a 20 minute walk down Smugglers’ Lane to the Cove and Coast Path, with options for circular walks back to Ringmore, where the Journey’s End pub can be found

Depending on which way you walk Aymer Cove is at the bottom of a long hill down from Ringmore, or a flattish walk through fields followed by a very steep coast path down to the bay. Good to get fit on! The cliffs are stunning and if you time your walk to fit in with low tide there are wonderful rock pools to explore and you can follow those rock pools round to the next beach and come back up from there.. eat at the Journeys End Inn in Ringmore after for a wonderful day out!

you can only access this dog friendly beach by walking so it is never very busy - and it 's only a short walk from your front door
