Head to the Rothiemurchus centre to check whats on, clay pigeon shooting, landrover tours, nature trails, fishing etc... or park up, grab a map and head for beautiful Loch en Eilein. Or head to the Druie Cafe for lovely cakes and coffee

Great area for the great outdoors, Skiing in the winter on the Cairngorm hills, miles of walking and cycle tracks, fishing, shooting, loads of outdoor adventures. It is a hours drive 30 miles from your cabin. Avimore is a great place for a few days out.

Fantastic, well marked trails. We park next to the tennis courts and cycle to Loch an Eilein and then onto Loch Morlich returning down the Old Logging Road. Shop and cafe for a refreshing stop at the end. This is also the access point to Rothiemurchas estate which has lots of different activities on offer. Clay pigeon shooting, bike hire, fishing, aerial courses, river adventures, quad bikes, pony treking and you can book a tennis court as well.
