Off the coast is the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, one of the top whale-watching destinations in the world. The whale watching cruises are such great experiences. Bring water and snacks, binoculars, wear sunscreen and a hat, and enjoy! Buy tickets in advance.

A longer drive to the boat (but with the added bonus of taking you to historic Provincetown) and then a shorter ride to the whale grounds.

There are a few, one out of Barnstable the closest and the other out of P-Town. Always great, even if they do not breach, but if they do, one of the most amazing spectacles of your life, outside of your child being born!
