Great café on the roof of the Institut du Monde Arabe (Museum about the Arabic culture/arts), there's a great view of Paris, and it's very close to Notre Dame! The Arabic pastry is to die for!

Located on the 9th floor of the Institut du Monde Arabe, the Zyriab by Noura undoubtedly offers one of the best views of Paris. On the terrace or inside, thanks to the large windows, the show is permanent. And he goes on the plate, with a Lebanese gastronomy top flight.
