Crusher Hole is a large spring that flows out of and under protected land at Fall Creek Falls State Park. A big, blue, deep hole harbors rare life that loves icy- cold, clear water. Dive in (if you dare) and feel the chill and shock of water? perfect on a hot and humid Tennessee summer day. To get there from Fall Creek Falls State Park north entrance, head west on Hwy 30 to Hwy 285 at the bottom of the valley and turn right. Go about 6.5 miles and look for signs to Crusher Hole. Just before the bridge over Cane Creek turn right onto Owl Hole Road. You have to cross a creek on the way in as drive through the creek. This is where the old crusher was and there are wild flowers all through this area.
