Zaovine Lake is located on the Tara mountain (at the altitude of 900m), near the village Zaovine. This lake is a real paradise for all those who enjoy calm and intact nature. The lake is surrounded by vast forests and green hills. Its shores are very peaceful without a lot of entertainment for tourists, and are pure bliss for nature lovers. Being close to the water you’ll have the impression of being on the seashore. Water is of high cleanliness, and with minimal purification can be drunk. Zaovinsko jezero je kristalno čisto planinsko jezero nastalo na reci Rzav, a krase ga brojni zalivi, modro-zelena boja vode, i guste četinarske šume na obali. Spada u jedno od najlepših jezera u Srbiji. Izuzetno je pogodno za odmor, kupanje i mnogobrojne aktivnosti na vodi.
