Molecular gastronomy by Heston Blumenthal. If you want to try his cooking while in London, this is a MUCH cheaper option than The Fat Duck and is also fantastic.

Michelin-starred cuisine by Heston Blumenthal with very creative dishes. Absolutely amazing. Don't forget to reserve a table and have a decent budget ;).
