This is the place where bishop's chair used to be, you can still see where the building has been. Nice view over the river.

This is where Turku was originally build. There is still remains of the main chappel to explore and a cross marking the place. This whole area is SO beautiful! If you have a bicycle, continue cycklimg alomg the riverside stopping on beautiful spots. Auralaaksos history doesnt start from founding of Turku, but goes far back to stone- age. There is many historical sites along the way. I think this area has magic- can you feel it?
