Sneak over here for breakfast some time and check out Minturn. A cool little town with a tiny main street. Great breakfast, smoothies, and coffee drinks

Get a grab-n-go burrito on your way to the ski hill! The cinnamon rolls are a great buy as well. They've also opened a bar in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights with great cocktails.

Ask for the $5 grab and go burrito on your way to hike/ski, the Iridescent smoothie is amazing, and turns into a cocktail lounge at night!
