Rosa's Café is a classic Mexican Food establishment in Midland. Several locations around town, quick service, reasonable prices. Don't let the fast food nature of this place fool you ... the food is addicting. Don't miss out on "Taco Tuesday's"!!

if you're not a West Texas native, you may not know Rosa's. It's absolutely wonderful! I'd call it upscale fast food. The #55, #14 with chicken, and the chili verde are excellent. All the tortillas are fresh
