WAT SAMRET This ancient temple would be the Guardian of the ancient "White Marble Buddha", which many believe, and especially the resident monks, that it would be several hundred years old. It also houses the "Secret Hall of Buddha’s", a small "chapel" containing innumerable small statues, the largest of which is 3 meters long and remains in a lying position. These statues are of great value and are the object of much desire. Also, the doors of the Hall are locked, only a monk can open the doors on request.
