We're going a little bougie now. Hemingways is a tranquil hotel set in acres of lush gardens and also has wonderful views of the Ngong Hills. The terrace bar is the place to go for sundowners, it overlooks a gorgeous water fountain and spills out onto the lawn. Given the beautiful landscape, I think this is the place to order a nice cold glass of prosecco or even a bottle of Champagne as the sun goes down. They also have a great restaurant if you want to stick around after your drinks.
