This modern and privately owned 106 m2 luxury cottage is located right above Akureyri and has gorgeous views over town and the surrounding nature. Gestahúsið okkar er lítið 15 fm hús. Húsið stendur á lóðinni rétt sunnan við húsið okkar. útsýnið yfir fjörðinn er einstakt og fjallasýnin eftir því. 4,5 km er í miðbæ Akureyrar sem hefur uppá að bjóða alla þá þjónustu sem hugsast getur. We are motorcycle friendly. Það er heit úti sturta.
