Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs. Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
