Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung mit Südausrichtung bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Alpenwelt von Karwendel u. Wetterstein. Sie wurde kürzlich neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen - sie ist jedoch ideal für zwei-drei Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über knapp 40 m2 sehr saubere Wohnfläche: Ess-Wohnzimmer (mit grosszügiger, voll ausgestatteterKüchenzeile), Schlafzimmer (mit breitem Doppelbett und neuen Matrazen), eigenes Tageslichtbad, Süd-Balkon, eigener Parkplatz.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.
