Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Beautiful beach house in Glyfoneri bay, Thasos

A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιάς, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό Πλάτανο. Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν. Το διαμέρισμα είναι full εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη. Wi-fi super !
