The yard is beautifully landscaped with a pathway that encircles the house + the back yard features a spacious, screened-in porch with swinging chairs for relaxing outdoors.

All the bedrooms are downstairs. 3 tvs with cable and a 4th tv ready for you to attach your laptop to, keyless entry, patio grill and a foosball table. The kitchen has all the cooking tools for a big group. Black out curtains have been a guest favorite. It has beds for 8 but there is plenty of room for other guests . A quick 20 mile freeway ride to Austin and the events.
