Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Superb facilities include in all-weather multi-sport court. 1 mile from the Sea and Restaurant close to the Sea. Also is the famous Clacton Pier where is Entertainments for all kids and adults, live music, restaurants.

We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design. Dog friendly 2 well behaved dogs max per cabin.

The Arts House is a Grade 2 listed, two-bedroom, townhouse with a private, walled, courtyard garden. Only a skip, hop and a jump from the train station and with free parking on the street, it s easy to get here by car or public transport. The house has been recently redecorated and furnished with a mixture of vintage and modern. Please be aware that it is an old house and some of the floors are a little uneven.
