Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Bioladen, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist evtl. für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke niedriger ist als normal.

Mit dem Nahverkehrsticket ABC erreichen sie mit der Bahn den Potsdamer Platz in 13 und den Hauptbahnhof Berlin in 16 Minuten. Parkplätze sind nah bei der Unterkunft. Aldi ca. 300 Meter entfernt.

Landgut Eule ist am Teltowkanal gelegen und mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Sowohl Potsdam als Berlin kann problemlos erreicht werden. Das Apartment ist ebenerdig und etwa 40qm groß, mit eigenen Eingang, Gartenanteil, Dusche, TV, Mikrowelle, Kochherd, Kühlschrank. Die alte Lehmwände und Deckenbalken machen das ganze gemütlich, auch im Winter. Freie Parkplätze, Grill, überdachte Terrasse mit Aussenkamin. Keine Nachbarn, nur Wiese, Wasser und Wald.
