Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
