Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Kalevi st is a quiet and a calm one, parking on the street is free of charge. Nearby are Rimi grocery store, artisan cafe Karlova Kohv, Barlova, Aleksandri pub, Aura Waterpark, AHHAA science centre and many other nice places! Shopping centre Eeden, A. Le Coq and NET sports halls are just over the bridge.

Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). Built in 1775, it is one of the oldest buildings in Tartu, located around the corner from main building of Tartu University. We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
