I welcome you to stay in my copenhagen home - just 2 metro stops away from the city center (Kongens Nytorv) and the beach (Amager Strand). Located in the neighborhood of Amagerbro you will have access to nice nearby cafés - for example Mad & Kaffe (on my street), Wulff & Konstali (brunch by the water) and Alice (bakery and the best ice cream). The apartment is tucked away from the busy road and is connected to a green courtyard so you can enjoy peaceful moments in between exploring the city.

Skansehage

Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Lejligheden har stort køkkenalrum, rummeligt soveværelse med latex kvalitetsmadras, stor og hyggelig altan + fælles gårdhave. Fint privat toilet og fint privat badeværelse med brusekabine. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
