The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle.
