Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.

There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.
