Föhn, Waschmaschine & Trockner, sowie Stauraum für das Gepäck sind so oder so immer mit dabei. Zum Haus gehören 2 Parkplätze direkt neben dem grossen Garten. Die Nähe zu Deutschland, wie zum Bodensee/Rhein, runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

First floor with two bedrooms (double beds) and a daylight bathroom with a shower. Second floor with a large bedroom (double bed), a work area, and a daylight bathroom.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.
