Jonkmanshof is a beautifully-restored Cape Dutch heritage house built in 1854 in the small, picturesque town of Montagu. It is the oldest inhabited house in the town. Jonkmanshof - 20 Bath was recently featured by Condé Nast Traveller as the coolest farmhouse to rent in South Africa and is also featured in the Elle Decoration, France. This bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en suite bath, shower, basin and toilet. It opens onto a verandah which is shared with the other 2 Doorways rooms and guest lounge/dining room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the guest bedroom. The room looks out over the vineyard and gets wonderful morning sunshine. In addition there is a common area / guest lounge / dining room for the exclusive use of Doorways guests. Free Wifi available in the room.

Cypress Cottage Guest House - Family room

Welcome to Cypress Cottage Guesthouse in the heart of Swellendam. The Family Self Catering Unit accommodates 4 people. It comprises of two separate inter-leading rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The latter room has a small dining and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a wood fire Dover stove and a stove top for cooking. Please note: this unit does not include breakfast. We have a Labrador that is very friendly and playful and 2 cats.
