Fits 4 adults and 2 children.Entrance to lake 100 feet away with boat for you to use. Fish , swim , boat , picnic table , dock in middle of lake ,nearby hiking. Back patio has swing chair and picnic table , hammock for a nice quiet relaxing time .enjoy wildlife birds, deer, etc. always on standby to answer question. our local handyman is ready to address any issues you may have. Full kitchen with all your cooking needs. This is a perfect vacation spot to have fun and make beautiful memories.

We're only 7 minutes away from BethelWoods Arts Center, the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival. Come stay with us and surround yourself with beautiful trees, lakes, love and peace.

This is a 1000 square-foot, two-bedroom log cabin with a sleeping loft. I prefer groups of 4 or less but may accommodate more for an extra fee. Enjoy the new fire pit out back on a cold night. Plenty of board games are available and my kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware. ***5/28/26: Pac-Man arcade pictured needs repair, currently has a faulty display. Walk Mountain Lake, which sits across the street and spans exactly 2 miles around. Or just get some R&R - my beds are so comfy!

The Modern Retro Ranch is a sprawling 1 story house - funky and modern with a touch of 60s style. Outdoor hot tub. 20 private acres with no neighbors in sight. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.
