This cozy upstairs apartment has everything you need. Surrounded by Sunnyslope wineries out in the country it promises a peaceful retreat for you and yours. It is just a 15-minute drive from Caldwell, Nampa, Homedale and Marsing. Next door to an exceptional Christmas light display up from Thanksgiving to New Year. Long term stays welcomed. Parking is free with space for a horse trailer and room for horses to roam. One bedroom and a large deck with a view-sleeps 3 maybe 4-no wheelchair access.

Family Reunions or Multiple Families - WE HAVE ROOM! Linder Farmhouse is a 6000+ sq ft property that has 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Max occupancy of 30. Seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool and TWO Year Round Hot Tubs. The Primary Suite has a King size bed. Other bedrooms have a Queen or a King except Bedroom 8 which has 4 BUNKS. Additionally, there are 9 twin sized mattresses with bedding that can be placed on the floor. More info on "The space" section below.

Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. The living room features soaring 18-foot ceilings. Outside, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the BBQ area. Great for sports teams, family reunions, and large groups.

Take a short walk down the path on the property to the river where you can put in a paddle board, kayak or fishing pole. There is a great bass fishing hole at the base of the property. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $75 pet fee per stay for extra cleaning. Please understand we have very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. NO washer and dryer on site so plan accordingly.
