Walk into town on the beach trail and enjoy many restaurants, bistros, shops, museum, park with playground, also a splash park and pier. Swim in the lake right across the road or head down to Swim Bay which is just a few minutes' walk away.

Bright Poolside Walkout Two Bedroom Basement Suite

Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The solar heated water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.

The Clubhouse has 2 pools, gym,, pool table/ pingpong, tennis, badminton, pickleball, oversized chess, and putting green. Pools are typically open mid-May to end of Sept.
